Both essay packages include up to four complete drafts per essay, with detailed line-level feedback and strategic coaching at every stage.

A focused session to identify themes, define your student's narrative core, and choose an essay direction grounded in genuine self knowledge.

Your student writes with direction. I provide detailed structural, thematic, and line-level feedback with specific suggestions for revision.

Revise & Refine
We work through additional drafts, up to four total per essay, until the writing is clear, specific, and genuinely reflects your student's voice.

Final Polish
A final review for tone, flow, and word count. Your student submits with confidence and a clear sense of what their story is.
Which Package Is Right?
The Personal Statement Package focuses entirely on your student's Common Application personal statement. The Personal Statement and Supplemental Package includes the personal statement plus two supplemental essays, making it an ideal option for students applying to schools with two required essays, such as the University of Michigan.
For students applying to colleges that require additional supplemental essays, I continue to provide support on an hourly basis. Time is billed at my standard hourly rate of $370, so you only pay for the additional assistance you need.

Michigan asks for more than the Common Application personal statement. Applicants also write two required supplemental essays: an impact essay and a "Why Us" essay.
